The Walton-France and Torbit families both lived in Tonga as part of the New Zealand contingent. During that time we all became great friends and, as when all good friends leave, it was sad to say goodbye. They always knew they would be back some day to visit as they had the best time also, so, true to their word, come back to visit they did. With 9 extra house guests for 2 weeks, things at our place were a little hectic and squashy, to say the least. But with both Hannah and Rosie being highly organised young ladies, everything was under control. Rosie and her two boys Nick and James slept in Dylan's room, Dom and Hannah had the spare room, Emily's room also had Evie, Necie and Milla, Jack and Dylan had a tent outside and lucky for us Lyndon and I kept our room to ourselves.
The kiwis had plenty of other people to catch up with also during their visit, so they were out often doing their own thing. We did however manage a few activities for old times sake and it was definitely great fun having them back.
Getting ready for a night out for dinner at the Waterfront Restaurant.
All the kids back together again - Necie, Jack, James, Nick, Milla, Evie, Emily and Dylan.
A must do was a day trip to Pangai.
A bit of RnR for Hannah whilst the kids kept themselves busy.
A little rest time for us also.
The girls turned Jack into a sand mermaid, he was such a good sport about it!
Playing around in the compound pool, Milla on Necie on Em.
Off to Keleti beach for the day, Dylan in a blow hole.
The girls just had to jump on in, this day we saw a huge pod of dolphins swimming by which was a first for us.
Feeding time at the zoo, lucky the table was big enough for all the kids. Us adults were at the second sitting.
Back to Pangi for another day of RnR. Dylan helping Evie with a spot of body surfing in the shallows.
The boys - Lyndon, Sal, Dom and Bryant.
The girls - Rosie, Marion, Me, Jenny, Karen and Hannah.
Three times the trouble - me, Karen and Jen. A familiar pose in the water, but this time no wine glasses, the boys were getting slack.
Evie showing off her belly button to Nick.
Me and my wing man - the big Sal!
All the kids, back on the wreck, just like the good ole days.
