The award night was planned at short notice and as Lyndon was away in Oz, Jodie had to front up in case Blah Blah or Lyndon took out any awards. It wasn't the best night down at the club as the weather turned and with wind and rain it was very friendly under what little cover is available. In all though it turned out to be a great night for our team/ boat. Taking out Best Male angler, Best Jr, Best Boat and Dyl also picked up his two certificates for his National records.
Tony took over as the speaker for the night. Eva picked up best female for her mighty Mahi Mahi from last years TIGFA championships.
The weather scared off most people but the die hard fishermen and women turned out.
A quick break in the weather and the kids were into it. What else should you do at a fishing club?
